We visited most of the open studios and wineries over the
weekend. Friday was beautiful with wonderful outdoor presentations. Saturday
and Sunday brought colder temperatures, but still a good time. We made several
purchases and had a great time looking and visiting. Amazing talent on the Eastern Shore. We are planning to do most of our Christmas
shopping at home and hope you will also. So many choices right here as well as good
visits with local merchants.

Wonderful Mother's Day with all gathered in church followed by a feast of steamed crabs, fried soft crabs, chicken salad, corn, salad with garden lettuce, cookies and cake. A blessing for us to have our family gathered for a wonderful day together. Then mom's gift was a little yard work and a boat ride. Great day all day long.
